For the most seamless experience, we recommend reaching out 8–12 weeks in advance for showers, birthdays, and special events, and 3–6 months in advance for micro-weddings and elopements.
This allows ample time for thoughtful design, vendor coordination, and intentional planning. While we occasionally accommodate shorter timelines, availability and scope may be limited.
We understand that meaningful moments don’t always follow a long timeline. Depending on availability, we may accept events with shorter planning windows; however, expedited planning may require adjusted pricing and limited customization.
